Privacy notice
This notice explains how Cornwall Computers handles personal data in connection with this website and with enquiries made to the practice. It is written for UK GDPR. It was published on 19 October 2026.
Who is responsible
Cornwall Computers is a trading name of KTechnology Solutions Limited, registered in England and Wales, company no. 16625813. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ (not open to visitors).
That company is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.
To talk to the controller about your data, email enquiries@cornwallcomputers.co.uk and ask for the data protection contact. We will reply as soon as we can.
What this website does
The site is static. Pages published here do not set analytics cookies and do not embed third-party content, fonts or trackers. There is no account to create and no mailing list to join.
A host that serves the files may keep ordinary connection logs under its own terms. This notice does not control those logs. The pages themselves do not ask you to accept an optional cookie, because there is nothing optional to switch on.
Contact form
This site has no contact form. Enquiries are made by email. Do not send passwords or payment card numbers by email.
Purposes and lawful basis
If you email us, we use the details you give so we can respond, decide whether the work sits with this practice, and, where you want us to, take steps toward an agreement. The lawful bases are legitimate interests, in replying to an enquiry you chose to make, and steps at your request before a contract, where an agreement is being set up.
Enquiry details are not used to build a marketing list. There is no newsletter. If that ever changes, this notice will change first, and you will be told what is being asked of you.
How long records are kept
This website does not receive form submissions, so there are no form records here to retain. Enquiry emails and notes are kept only as far as the work requires, and are then deleted or reduced so they no longer identify a person, unless a legal claim requires a longer hold.
Sharing and location
Personal data is not sold. It is shared if you ask us to involve a supplier, for example a warranty desk, if the law requires a disclosure, or where a hosting provider processes a connection log under its own terms.
Enquiries are handled in the United Kingdom. This static site has no contact form and does not send form data anywhere.
Your rights
You have rights to access, rectify, erase, and restrict personal data, to object to certain processing, and to data portability where that right applies. You can exercise them by emailing us and asking for the data protection contact. We may need to confirm that you are the person the data is about.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. The site is aimed at business owners, office managers, and adults arranging a home repair. It is not directed at children.
Changes to this notice
Material changes will be made on this page, and the publication date at the top will be updated. The footer identifies the legal entity. That sentence is not repeated elsewhere on the site.
