Enquiries

Email enquiries@cornwallcomputers.co.uk and we will reply as soon as we can. Say whether you are a business or a household, where the premises or the home is, and what you need.

What to have ready

The organisation's name, or your own name if the computer is at home. The town. A sentence on the systems: Microsoft 365, a server in a cupboard, a few laptops, or one home machine. Whether people are unable to work today.

You do not need a written specification before you get in touch. Do not send passwords or payment card numbers. If a remote session is likely, it helps if the person at the machine can be available for it.

Questions

What should we say when we get in touch?

Say whether the matter is for a business or a home computer, name the town, and describe the systems in a sentence. Say if people are unable to work today.

Do you cover places other than Truro and Liskeard?

Yes. The practice covers Cornwall by arrangement. Name the town when you get in touch, and any visit is agreed before it is booked.
