Coverage

Cornwall, by arrangement

The practice works with organisations across Cornwall, and with households on the separate home page. Truro and Liskeard have their own pages. Other places in the county are covered by agreement.

Truro and Liskeard

Truro and Liskeard have their own pages. Both are served by the same practice.

Work is arranged with you and carried out remotely or at your premises.

Why only two town pages exist

Truro and Liskeard each have a short page because the working pattern in those places is not the same. Truro is the county's administrative and commercial centre. Liskeard covers South East Cornwall, on the Tamar side.

Truro and Liskeard are the two town pages. Organisations elsewhere in Cornwall are taken on by agreement.

Elsewhere in Cornwall

Organisations and households elsewhere in the county are taken by arrangement. Email us, name the town, and say whether the fault can be shown remotely. A visit is agreed with you before it is booked, including how the timing will work.

Remote support is the usual first step, so a single password or mailbox problem does not wait on a journey. Site visits are grouped where that keeps an office from waiting. Travel is discussed before the visit, not after someone has arrived.

What an enquiry needs

Say whether you are a business or a household, name the town, and describe the systems in a sentence: Microsoft 365, a server in a cupboard, a handful of laptops, or a single home computer. Say if people are unable to work today.

We reply to the enquiry you send. If you are ready to look at a particular service, the service pages say what is useful to have in mind.

Name the town when you get in touch. The town page you read does not limit where the work can be done.
